研究经历:

      1999年7月毕业于清华大学摩擦学国家重点实验室,获工学博士学位;1999.9- 2001.11月在清华大学工程力学系流体力学研究所从事博士后研究;2005.11- 2006.12美国麻省理工学院机械工程系访问学者;2012.9- 2013.3美国宾夕法尼亚大学机械工程与应用力学系高级访问学者;2013.9- 2014.3、2018.9- 2019.3美国麻省理工学院微系统实验室高级访问学者。
